Chris talks to Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby about their inspiration for opening V Street and how it is different from Vedge. V Street is a 45-seat restaurant where you can sit at the concrete bar in the front or watch the chefs work their magic at the back counter. Rich cultivates the V Street menu with bold, spicy vegan street food from around the world.

James has been a graphic designer for over 18 years and owns Wave Hound Surf Shop. James started Doylestown Movie Fans, who meet once a month to see movies at the County Theater in Doylestown, PA. He and his wife Chris started Bucks County Vegan Supper Club in 2009, whose members meet once a month to have a vegan potluck dinner.
