The Seed – Ticket Give-away!

If you’re a regular From A to Vegan reader you know we love going to vegan events, trying new vegan products and eating good vegan food. We like it even better if we can do all that under one roof. We can hardly wait for The Seed – a vegan experience, a whole weekend of vegan everything coming up on June 16 & 17 in NYC. It’s going to be vegan cloud nine for us.

See.. Eat.. Hear.. FEEL VEGAN.  Two days of vegan exploration await you. Nourish your taste buds on scrumptious plant-based food from New York’s famed vegan restaurants – the best in the world! Get inspired by world-renowned speakers, champion athletes, and top chefs. Provoke new thoughts with award-winning films and their directors. Discover the vast market of cruelty-free products and services. And much more.

We’re so excited about this event that The Seed organizers gave us one-day pass tickets to give away to two of our readers! You don’t have to be vegan to win a ticket, just leave a comment below or on our Facebook page (on the post about this give-away) telling us why you’d like to go to The Seed – a vegan experience.

Two winners will be randomly selected on Monday, June 4th at 6:00pm EST.*

*One one-day ticket per winner. US residents only, please.

I’ve been a vegetarian for four years and an almost-vegan for about a year. Hoping The Seed will give me inspiration to be a real all-the-time vegan and stop slipping off the (dairy) wagon. Thanks for shouting about it – I hadn’t heard about it until your post.

oh my gosh–i would love to go to the seed!!! i live in Maryland so having a chance to go to New York and see all the amazing speakers would be so so so cool! i listen to erin red’s podcast and have from day one, so i was listening since she began TEASING this event. i also listen to the podcast Our Hen House and when i heard J & M were going to be speaking i thought, “no way! now i REALLY wish i was going!!!” i’ve been vegan less than a year but ever since i made the commitment to this lifestyle i have been devouring information and i can’t believe all the amazing vendors and speakers this event will have! so so so amazing!

  3. This sounds fantastic! I hope participating in The Seed weekend will introduce me to vegan options I can enjoy right away….and also help me lay off the cheese 🙂

I have been vegetarian the majority of my life but recently made the transition to vegan. I am the only plant-based eater of my friends and family. It has been very hard on my relationships with them as they are not supportive and make negative comments on my food choices including mooing at me while they eat burgers. Going to The Seed would be such an uplifting experience for me to be surrounded by those whole feel the same as I do about a plant-based lifestyle. I would love to learn new things and just enjoy being in others’ company without worrying about comments or unwanted opinions being thrown my way.

  5. Vicki Beth says:

This would be an amazeing event for me to go to!
I have diabetes” and sadly lost both my parents and brothers from this hideous disease!
Would love to see this event to get new ideals to get my health on track.
A vegan lifestyle has proven to remove inflamation in the body.

  6. I’d love to hear the lectures, sample the delicious food and mingle with like-minded people.

I would like to attend The Seed conference because I have not been to an event of this stature before. I think this would be a great experience where and I can learn a great deal from it. I am also interested in the food demonstrations and movie screenings.

I would love to attend The Seed conference!! I’ve been a strict vegetarian for 16 years, and I’ve been looking for the inspiration I need to go fully vegan. This conference sounds like an amazing and enriching experience, and I would be so lucky to be able to go. 🙂
